Plaza La Reina Hotel

Staff extraordinarily lovely and helpful. Huge rooms with extra amenities including a kitchen and laundry, great location and fair price. We checked in very late and they greeted us by name. They let us ship a package to their location and as it arrived before we did they held it for us and kept us posted of its arrival. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

The spacious rooms, excellent location, and friendly staff made our New Year holiday stay truly memorable. It’s conveniently close to museums and great restaurants—perfect for exploring the city. We loved our stay here! The building is warm, clean, and cozy! parking was super chill and easy! staff were helpful and approachable. The suite was packed with good-looking wood furniture. And on top of all of these, the location is prime, especially if you are persian and do care about proximity to Westwood.

The staff was very nice, and accommodating. My coffee maker broke at 5 am, and they helped me avoid certain tragedy by quickly replacing it. My room was quiet despite the hotel being located in a busy area of the city. There also is a private courtyard with a fountain and a good amount of plants! Overall it was a great stay, especially compared to most major chains

location, ambiente, friendliness at reception, garage, terasse, room size are perfect, but maybe the room keeping people could be more preofessional and more flexible.

Our daughter who is a student had a surgery and we stayed at this property for a few days. The rooms were clean, large and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities including a hob, kettle/ coffee maker, fridge, safe, etc. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping (Trader Joes, Target, etc). The staff, especially Troy at the front desk, was wonderful and helpful. The one thing that wasn’t ideal were the beds. The sofa cum bed wasn’t back friendly and neither was the main bed. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience at Plaza Le Reina! The property is gorgeous - from the front door to the lobby to the courtyard to the guest rooms. They have pastries and coffee in the lobby every morning and the staff is more than happy to strike up a conversation with you or answer any questions . It’s a small hotel, not part of a large corporation - and it shows. The attention to detail in every aspect is amazing and the staff treats you like a true guest, not just a dollar sign. The room was beautiful - large, spacious, and clean! In addition to the usuals (TVs, Keurigs), our room had a full kitchen and a mini-fridge with a real freezer. Most hotels these days use mini-fridges with freezers that are nothing but a metal plate that don’t freeze anything, The room was just stunning and well-thought out, for the most part. It’s an older hotel, so there are not any USB-C or USB-A ports but there are plenty of outlets for charging your devices as long as you bring your charging brick. Also, there are no peepholes - at least not in our room. The only thing I wasn’t comfortable with was their ice machine - It’s a tiny machine tucked into a corner in the courtyard. Instead of pushing a button or - better yet - motion-activated, there is a big plastic scoop that lays in the ice. I hope the owner decides to update it and get a newer machine for everyone’s safety.

Seriously the best hotel we stayed in Los Angeles. It is so elegant and in a great location! Even though it is not that expensive, it feels so luxurious. The person at the reception is the nicest person! He made our son the happiestthis is our new go-to place whenever we are in LA!
